Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is critical to the future growth ambitions for Bikmo. Responsible for marketing campaigns, content, and channel strategy across Bikmo’s key markets (currently UK, Ireland, Germany and Austria) you will have two marketing executives to assist bringing the Bikmo brand to target audiences in a compelling, authentic way. You’ll need to be organised, and capable of positively influencing people across the business, direct reports and external stakeholders. The business is growing rapidly and the Marketing Manager role can grow with it as we expand into new activities and territories.
Compliance with advertising regulations, including financial promotions needs to be managed - training will be provided on these aspects.
Skills + experience - what we'd like to see
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of marketing in an area of the bike or adventure sports world. It won't just be a job - to get under the skin of our target audience, you need to be one of us and live it. We need someone who can inspire others while being able to step into the detail of digital marketing experimentation and reporting.
