Digital Product Manager
Bikmo is an adventure sports technology company, with a simple mission to provide exceptional services that enable our customers to spend more time exploring the great outdoors.
Focussing initially on insurance in the cycling sector, we're now live in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Austria and by utilising sector expertise, technology, a love for the sport and an open approach to data, we've won customers, partners, awards and 5-star reviews. We count the likes of British Cycling, Deliveroo, Brompton and CycleScheme amongst our partners. Our vision is to become as synonymous for what we do in adventure sports as GoPro for Cameras, Oakley for eyewear or Strava for tracking.
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to help us spearhead our digital product team as we build out our insurance platform for the internal client (Bikmo) and to license our platform to third parties.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Product Management. They must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to develop data pipelines that can be used to track, analyse, and improve our digital product.
This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as you'll be working with a team to interpret large amounts of data. This is a customer centric role, working to translate the needs of our customers into online business opportunities.
Sector experience is not required - we're looking for team members who will challenge previously held views of how insurance companies operate, in favour of utilising technology and design to provide an exceptional experience to our customers.
