  • Not be in full time education (fulltime education is 16 hours and over)
  • Not be on a Welsh Government work-based learning programme

We Are Looking For

Someone that enjoys talking to people and if you have a keen interest in bikes then thats great. You don’t need to know insurance, we can teach you that and everything else you will need to be able to do your job.


Role Info

The focus is to provide all customers or potential customers with an exceptional level of experience, whether over the phone, via written communication or social channels.

We will provide you with full training and support to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your key responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

● Cycle insurance claims and processing.
● Managing customer service requirements on phone, email or social channels
● Providing support and advice to customers who are interested in taking out a policy
● Monitor and report on customer service performance
● Work with Marketing and development team to develop functions that will improve customer service


Salary + Benefits

This role is a permanent full time role, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Starting salary for this role is £19,000 per annum and you will need to be UK based.

Location + Equipment

Your office space will be based in Chester, CH1 4QT, but you will do a mix of home and office working. We will provide all your equipment and we will work closely with you over video calls, screen shares to get you into the systems and up to speed on your role and all things Bikmo.
